ResponsibilityWork under supervision of licensed Architect/Engineer, Project Manager to design, build residential developments; ensure smooth field construction and quality of the work being complete, while monitoring cost and schedule Assist Project manager in resolving construction issues; ensure contractors compliance with site safety protocols Involve in conceptual design, documentation, budgeting, estimating, purchasing and procurements, etc Evaluate the reports, plans, soil tests, and compositions, other topographical and geological data, surveying to plan subdivisions; provide technical support to Project Managers in Planning, obtaining land disturbance permit, building permits, budgeting, and execution of all subdivisions; research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports and also municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance with the vertical construction Obtain building permits and coordinate with various government Participate in design reviews, marketing meetings and site surveys for all subdivisions; utilize Primavera, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Project, etc- Requirements
- MS in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Closely Related and 6 months experience in construction projects, including project management, scheduling, and forecasting.
